When I search reddit a few of them will say that their insurance covered cosmetic changes as well as septoplasty. I'm 90% sure I have a deviated septum which would be covered by insurance but I figure it would be pretty hard to get it to cover dorsal hump shaving, nostril shortening, etc covered as well
