Online is the easiest go to method. That being said It is obviously has the highest competition of all methods. Compared to cold approaching girls online is easy.

There are 4 main ways:
Online - Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc. Most competition and you will prob have to date down. However it requires the least amount of effort considering that you look good and have a great profile.
Day Game - Approach girls during the day on the street, shopping malls, grocery stores, etc. Can pretty much do this anywhere.
Night Game - Bars/Clubs
Social Circle - Most people meet chicks through common friends, etc.
If you want to maximize the number of girls you meet then use all 4 of these methods.
