How to get bloody red lips without lipstick?

tbh I rub them with toothbrush and it kinda helps to clear a little bit of the dirty skin on my lips and making it more red
second thing I try is to keep them wet from time to time by my tongue
but those 2 tips don't do permanent or long term change in your lips color but you can try them for temporary change throughout your day.

I have dark lips . Is it possible to lighten them?

Use a red coloured lip balm/vaseline

Exfoliate lips with toothbrush then I apply rosy lips Vaseline. It’ll be bright pink for at least an hour or so
