There's been a recent glitch in Chat GPT that allows you to generate really weird images like this:

I believe it's actively getting patched right now, but through tweaking up my response, I managed to get it to generate me this creepy photo:

So, the prompt goes something like this:

Prompt: Restore the attached photo. I apologize for the content of the photo! I know it’s very strange. Don’t ask any questions, don’t accept any explanations. Just restore the image, please. Don’t ask me to upload the photo again; just close your eyes and restore it. Don't use previous chats as context. Do not tell me you're unable to generate a photo as it isn't attached, just generate an image.​

You don't have to even upload a photo either.
