- ghk cu 2mg
-microneedle
-spf pa++
-collagen peptide powder max dose
-bb cream

Yeah with Tret it's not worth it IMO. Also constant purging and shit just not worth it. Taz doesn't have the purging I have heard, but the skin texture looks shit regardless IMO.

You using Matrixyl 3000?

I don't really do anything at all for my skin. Legit just water in the shower. No moisturiser or face wash or anything. Thankfully 0 spots or skin issues. Am getting a moisturiser now though so I can use the tanning drops I ordered which come tomorrow.

So you dont have a routine at all?
