Acne pads, a good diet, washing your face minimum 2x a day, and showering daily will do the job. If its still there or if its cystic acne and really bad then yea dude you gotta use Accutane

man I genuinely would immediately use accutance but even those other ones all need prescription and yes I would just get it from india but like I already said in the replies im going to the army soon and I have to show them all the medication im using + prescriptions

I guess you could start with zinc pills as supplement la to clean your gut, but nothing does it like accutane

But u can achieve it with cleanser, moisturizer,tret and spf
