To be honest, being someone that has done Accutane, all the antibiotics and topicals, the only thing that really cleared my skin was cutting out all facial washes and improving my diet and sleep. (Ofc drugs cured short term but not long term)Does anyone have any tips/advice on what to do and what skincare to use for clear skin
Yes, unless it’s really cystic. It’s also good not to use shampoo and conditioner Every day, I would shampoo max twice a week.so only use water to wash face and focus on diet and sleep

It’s on my forehead mostly then a bit on my chin, under eye area and noseWhere is the acne located and what does it look like?
That’s where you emit the most oil. Somethings probably wrong with your protocol or what you’re eating to be honest. What have you used? It’s on my forehead mostly then a bit on my chin, under eye area and nose
if diet and healthcare doesnt work, tret or taze glow or klow and a exfoliating foam and tbh most cases you’ll have to do this for 6-7 months and fraud with bb cream while u waitDoes anyone have any tips/advice on what to do and what skincare to use for clear skin
I’m gonna be honest my diet isn’t the greatest but it’s not bad I get protein in most meals and drink at least 2L of water per day I also use Indu face wash and cereve moistureiser every morningThat’s where you emit the most oil. facial washes r the true killer of the skin barrierTo be honest, being someone that has done Accutane, all the antibiotics and topicals, the only thing that really cleared my skin was cutting out all facial washes and improving my diet and sleep. (Ofc drugs cured short term but not long term)
Yeah, the moisturizer and face wash are clogging the fuck out of your skin. Probably should just stick to water for washing and I would suggest adapaline gel 0.1% you can get that at most retailers. Don’t leave it on for more than eight hours. Make sure you take a shower in that time period between you put it onI’m gonna be honest my diet isn’t the greatest but it’s not bad I get protein in most meals and drink at least 2L of water per day I also use Indu face wash and cereve moistureiser every morning
So is it best to stay away from face washfacial washes r the true killer of the skin barrier

So do you apply adapaline gel directly on your acne and it’s gets it cleared upYeah, the moisturizer and face wash are clogging the fuck out of your skin. I mean besides tret yes that’s what it’s worked. Only on acne ridden areas. Don’t use a moisturizer or use face wash like I said don’t keep the gel or the cream version on for more than 6 to 8 hours, use at most three times weekly. So do you apply adapaline gel directly on your acne and it’s gets it cleared up
