Too many imbecilic children asking menial questions in this subforum like "how do i get crypto under 18". I'm tired of seeing these threads because they drown out anything else that might have value.

So, for said children:
  1. Go to https://kycnot.me, filter by type "Exchange" & KYC level "Guaranteed no KYC", or just click this link: https://kycnot.me/?categories=exchange&max-kyc=0
  2. Find an exchange (ideally with a score of 9+) that allows you to exchange fiat for cryptocurrency, e.g., Bisq (as of this thread being made).
  3. Engage in a peer-to-peer transaction with another user to exchange your fiat for their cryptocurrency. You will need a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet e.g., Exodus, Cake Wallet, Trust Wallet to generate an address to receive the cryptocurrency. The cryptocurrency is held in escrow by the platform/by a smart contract while you pay the other user fiat. Once the other user confirms receipt of your payment, you will receive cryptocurrency to your provided wallet.
  4. Use that cryptocurrency for whatever it is you need.

Alternatively:
  1. Go to a website like https://exchange.mercuryo.io
  2. Buy cryptocurrency with your card there, using a non-custodial wallet like Exodus, Cake Wallet, Trust Wallet, etc., to receive your funds.
  3. Use that cryptocurrency for whatever it is you need.
Note that websites like Mercury might force KYC before they allow your transaction to go through depending on region, browser fingerprint, etc. Check the relevant website's policy yourself to ensure this is not the case.
Worst case scenario, you will need to do KYC before you complete the transaction (not after money is debited from your account) so you can look to an alternative website that is reputable.

You should not exchange for a token/cryptocurrency that is not on its native blockchain (e.g., USDT ERC-20) as you will also need the native cryptocurrency to send that token/cryptocurrency (which means you'll need to do a second transaction). Although, I believe USDT on the TRX network can be sent without TRON but for a higher fee in USDT.

Instead, just get BTC and ask your vendor exactly how much you should send / they are expecting to receive.

Note that I am not affiliated with any website/exchange mentioned.
