Iq test I took in school said I'm smart as fuck/special gifted and giga high iq tbh, but mental issues + poor cognitive health has failoed my academic performance hard and it's really become a struggle to get perfect grades past few years.

Before I had social life, spare time, and basically zero stress but now I'm legit studycel whereas before Jfl I didn't even study for exams and the most I'd ever do is go over a summary the night before.

Anyway, I want to incorporate Modafinil into a Nootropic/smart drug giga stack to fix my mental and cognitive problems.

I think I legit have it but worried test might go wrong or some shit and say I don't so I just want to make sure tbh.

I was able to buy addy a while back from some nigga I knew in school and it really helped me concentrate/focus better but side effects like comedown was giga brutal making me feel legit sui at times and tolerance kept going up.

What does it look like and what should I expect to prepare?

How the fuck do I guarantee I'm diagnosed Srs?

Probably, there are actually a few other symptoms like misplacing things, bad memory and others I can't really remember off the top of my head [the irony] tbh tbh.

I'm not from the US but getting diagnosed with adhd was pretty easy for me it just took a long time (3-5 months)
I got a free private psychiatrist I said i had been failing with mentally/physically taxing tasks for 2 years and was about to be kicked out of college and then he gave me a couple different tests to find out my disorder (Basically symptom checklist) we ruled out a couple disorders (depression, etc) And i got a adhd checklist which i had to do at home (due to time constraints) at the next visit i returned the adhd checklist and he looked at it shortly and diagnosed me with adhd and gave me 10mg ritalin tablets Ritalin didn't really work except for giving me a decent high during the next visit i explained my issues with the ritalin (without mentioning me getting high, obviously they will not give you any drugs that have abuse potential if they suspect you of abusing meds or being prone to addiction) i was prescribed 30 mg Vyanse which is a long lasting amphetamine And that's been working really well
This was quite recent so i'm still using the vyanse and i'll probably continue using that for the time being

My advice is that you do a lot of research about adhd so you know what symptoms you need to have in to get diagnosed
If you don't have the H (hyper) symptoms in adhd don't check the hyper and impulsivity symptoms on the checklist as the psychiatrist will probably notice your lack of hyperactivity
if you get diagnosed you will be prescribed ritalin at first (i think) but it's probably gonna be useless/poor effectivty for productivity so don't expect much
Your goal should PROBABLY (People are different, there's side effects) be to get amphetamines (Vyanse, Adderall)
Just don't abuse them i made this mistake i started staying awake 36 hours at a time (Wakefulness) to finish the goals that i had missed out on and i would use Vyanse multiple times in a row instead of once daily in order to stay awake this caused me to experience downregulation it's also neurotoxic which means your dopamine can get permanently damaged which would cause adhd symptoms to worsen (This would take a long time of consistent usage) So basically keep your dosage low (No more than 5-15 mg of Amphetamines) you should use 5 times a week maximum (your psychiatrist will suggest you use everyday but that will lead to downregulation)
Last thing i should mention is that adhd medicine specifically amphetamines (Vyanse is 1000 USD monthly without insurance) can be really expensive
So just look up the pricing with and without insurance before you actually try to get diagnosed
