Like whenever I go to google or youtube and try to find ways to develop discipline only a bunch of BS comes up. Like visualize your goals, set realistic goals etc.

No...I want absolute RADICAL EXTREMIST discipline. Where I don't give a fuck getting up at 5 AM in the morning and running a marathon. Niggas that have that kind of discipline exist but how do they do it?

An idea could be: Brainwash yourself. Become obsessed with that shit. But what is the exact procedure? Like do I deprive myself of anything that is joyful so I get used to a monk like state of absolute dopamine restriction?

Or would I sit down for an hour a day talking to myself telling me that discipline is the only shit that matters?

Please help me boyos! Post good ideas.

Guys like these are very rare and they are either athletes, professional bbs or soldiers. Difficult to become like them like it is nothing.

Yes because time is running out. When I was 20 I could tell myself I'll do it later. At this point I can't do shit later. I got to hurry the fuck up. It's like when there is an important exam at school but you tell yourself I'll learn later. Then two days before you panic.

That is an interesting theory. Kind of what I have been thinking. Cut any dopamine source out of your life. Make hard work the only source or dopamine available.

ask yourself what other options are available. if your not going to the gym, what are you doing instead? playing videogames? pmo? theres nothing else to do in life other than the right thing, every other option will hurt you

My advice is to find something constructive that stimulates you,especially if you then discover a way to
make money from it ,that would give you discipline on Steroids.

Speaking from experience of what worked for me

I feel like changing myself too, but i fail everything, its because of different addictions that distract your whether your phone or social media or your computer, cut all of it out completely, to change the daily habit you've created you need to reschedule everything, throw everything ( thats distracting) you away
 
Do you like feeling healthy? If so then discipline should come easy

theres no easy way to put it, but just do it. Like think about what is your excuse, obstacles and just eradicate it. You don't need to watch more self help or money making videos, you don't need to check twitter. Stop doing useless shit and start doing shit that gives you results.

I recommend building a mental model framework on how you will from now on process information.

Mine is along the lines of: will this benefit me in the near future and my goals, what did this piece of information make me feel, did I find any new insights, why is this worth documenting. Read your mental model in the mornings right after you wake up, before sleep, listen to it on repeat with headphones, put it on a post it note.

Then remove social media, useless apps, unclog homescreen and desktop, clear bookmarks. you can even remove apps from siri suggested and search on phones.
