First of all im not fat im normal bodyfat percentage, second im not removing my mole

Figure out your BMR and RMR using online calculators.

Eat below that amount in calories every day. A good sustainable deficit is 300-500kcal every day.
An extreme deficit is 500+ and may lead to hunger issues. I never do 500+ unless I do a complete water fasting day (0 kcal).

Build more muscle mass. Muscle mass burns much more calories even while idle compared to fat.

Do HIIT. You can burn up to 200-300 extra kcal per day doing absolutely nothing due to the afterburner effect which lasts for 10+ hours after you finish the workout.

Forget stepping on the scale. That number is meaningless. Get a measuring tape and see if your waist is getting smaller. Get a mirror to see if your veins are popping out more and if your muscles are becoming more visible.
That means you are losing body fat. When you have a fully visible sixpack you are at an ideal body fat % and there is no need to go lower.

only do HIIT if it doesn't prevent you from doing other activities. if you do HIIT just to lie in bed for the rest of the day you burn less calories than if you did no cardio at all that day.
