Introduction:
Today I will be sharing from what I learned about how to increase your eyebrow growth.
1. Mixodil applying mixodil to your eyebrows has been proven to cause growth. All you need is to grab a cotton swab then apply 2 percent. I recommend leaving it on for 2 hours then washing it off. It takes about 4 months to see growth, which is 66.6%.
2. Applying rosemary oil has also been shown to cause hair growth and is good for vitamin E, which has been shown to improve hair health and growth. Ideally, using an eyebrow kit or using a cotton swab again is fine.
3. Vitamin D, Iron, Zinc, and Vitamin E are healthy for hair and may potentially cause growth. Not getting enough, though, may cause hair loss. So I would be including these in your diet, which has been shown to have these vitamins:
Vitamin D:
1. Fatty fish
2. Mushrooms
3. Milk
4. Eggs
5. Canned tuna
6. Cod liver oil
7. Herring and sardines
8. Yogurt
Foods with Zinc:
1. Oysters
2. Crab
3. Beef
4. Oats
5. Pork
6. Lobster
7. Oats
8. Chickpeas
Foods with Iron and Vitamin E:
1. Spinach
2. Pumpkin seeds
3. Almonds
4. Sunflower seeds
5. Avocados
6. Swiss chard
7. Tofu
8. Shrimp
