How to get eyebrows horizontally closer?(brow transplant, browlift)

I am curious if there's any examples of someone surgically reducing the horizontal distance between their eyebrows(so they extend closer to the nasal base). Can a brow lift achieve slight horizontal movements? Do brow transplants ever produce good results?
