Can be achieved with lower jaw surgery but no surgeon will do it just for aesthetics alone i guess , Unless you meet a very blackpilled surgeron

The surgeon can do a custom bsso and torque the angle , it's custom not something normal that they do

Ramieri can flare the condyles by 1-2mm but it's not safe to do more.
