How to get foot in the ai door/industry? Any techies in here?

Everyone knows every big corp is trying to race and outdo each other making a better and better ai. Who knows how long it will take until they get to the entity, where who knows what will happen after that.

I think its over for us, but until then big bucks are going to be no doubt in ai.

How can someone get their foot in the door and start making money with the industry or even just being a pro in ai in general? Still a young adult so most of my future life will be dictated by ai, better to know about it then be a victim of it.

Any techies in here?

Do a degree in AI. I think most of them require a Bachelors in CS first and then a Masters in AI.
