Im 14 and i need forward growth, my chin is like pushed back and im doing chin tucks and neck curls everyday and i bonesmash my chin but how because my chin is so recessed and i look awful.

beg ur parents for orthodontic work. Make sure they aren't retracting shit. Your chin looks recessed, you're just gonna have to cope with that but your mandible is recessed too.

Right now is the the last effective time and when it has genuine impact beyond just dental.

Chew your food properly, swallow properly, breath properly.

i would get orthodontic work or save up for genio if i were u, its not crazily expensive

no bro these things dont fix themselves and they know that
that would be like asking to get braces and them saying “nahh bro ur 14 ur teeth will straighten up”
the jaw is mostly done growing by like 10 or something
