What you'll need:
-Infotainment system
-telematic control module (for cellular/CAN access, since CAN is a LAN network that you can probably use like in Cuba where they make a WAN connection for a city by connecting cables from houses and interlink them with antennas, but you'd need the telematics module to communicate over CAN And have cellular connectivity, to which I am unsure if the SIM cards have an expiration date)
