What if you got friends, but they weird too

Back when in college, I only had some nerdy friends from high-school, but I've met new people in college, started to hang out with them and found a girlfriend in my new social circle.
Things were great, we did together all the stuff normies did - go on trips, to parties, concerts, shows, events, visited bars, nighctlubs, restaurants, etc...
Then college was over, everyone came back to where they were from, my social circle of cool people vanished and suddenly it was only me an my girlfriend - no more parties, trips, no more fun.
......
I had no idea what to do, I introduced my gf to my other group of nerd friends, who just stared and had awkward conversation with her. When we were alone she was like: "OMG, WTF is wrong with those guys? How can you hang out with them?".
Anyway, she dumped me after a few weeks, things were simply too boring, it just wasn't the same fun lifestyle we had in college, and I was completely clueless on what to do to reverse this.

Before getting a girl, is crucial of having a cool circle of friends that you do regular fun stuff, so when you bring her in, she will have a great time, otherwise a LTR will simply not work, boredom will install very fast.
