How to get glass/clear skin?

In good lighting my skin looks clear/glass and almost glossy but in other it looks almost bumpy and not smooth (not acne). what serums/products could i be using get glass skin without aging it.

Assuming his "bumpy" look is caused by hypertrophic acne scars then diet and shit like this won't help one bit

Good diet mogs, and if u have acne just get accutane. Everything else other than some moisturisers and SPF is pure cope

dermatology is the best option, accutane is dangerous and can harm your health especially if you are a teenager
