I don’t have any acne,just this idk what to even call it?Black heads on my nose,and like some dirt on my face idk how to explain tho,I mean it aint severe but I want perfect golden skin complexion like guys that girls post on their story.I don’t think retin-a would do much since my collagen is good,I just need this bright golden like skin color without any dirt and blackheads.Maybe cleanser?

use a 0.5mm dermaroller everyday to maybe once in three days along with washing your face with cold water

Eat liver and a lot of healthy fats like ghee, coconut oil, animal fat etc. High sat fat diet.
