there's not really a quantifiable comparison of shampoo vs no shampoo, i've just personally noticed my hair grows faster when i do that

Try MSM, possibly megadose, but I hear it's good for hair and nails and causes that stuff to grow faster.

try some different hair oils, Indians use amla oil and coconut oil and they have some pretty nice hair
