Someone tell me anyways to make my teeth healthy. my fucked up genetics will always make me spend shitton of money on a dentists no matter what i do.

my dentist told me to buy some bitchass toothpaste and i'm using it but i feel like she just has contract with them and tells that to everyone.
tell me real ways to make my teeth healthy ong, how do i stop them from fucking up
