You do not want low fat, that will wreck your hormones and make you feel like shit. Eat high saturated fat animal foods instead of polyunsaturated fats from garbage food. If you just eat actual food you will lose weight in a balanced manner that won't make you look like a fat blob of loose skin with hypothyroidism.Caloric deficit is most important, high protein/low fat foods that are not calorie dense such as egg whites are ideal.
Debloating is impactful too once you are lean(stay hydrated, reduce sodium/increase potassium intake, you may want to research diuretics)
