how to get hollow cheeks

I have less than 12% bodyfat, and Im not bloated cuz my facial features are pretty well defined but I have to cheekbite all the time cuz my cheeks just arent hollow. I'm currently sodium flushing too see if it'll do anything and I drain lymphatic fluid every other night. any tips from people that have them??
