Grow out hair use tinted sunscreen to lighter skin tone no hate. And mew constantly it wont improve it long term but it will lift your hyoid for the time your mewing. Also a little bit of a recessed maxilla look into that nothing too drastic. Bonemashing is cope but if you insist on doing it always keep your head stable like get it against a wall so it dosent move to much and LEARN THE NERVES ON YOUR ZYGOS (very important).

i would suggest a cantho. if you are not interested in invasive things i would suggest accutane and hydrocortisone 1% for your nose. depending on how old you are you might need to start looking into wrap around implants. for hollows just go to the gym and lose bf%. working out will help smv overall. also you need to find a hairstyle to cover your hairline a bit. your upper third is a bit longer than the rest of ur thirds.
