I had a deformed feature (nose) that I just got fixed. Normies called it a "dick nose" since it drooped below my upper lip and had a massive hump. Bottom 10% face -> Top 1% overall taking in 6'7" 230 lb frame.

Nose matters a lot if it's deformed like mine was. I have chico pretty-boy pheno with similar proportions so a big nose threw everything off. Best features are not recessed and good proportions. Worst are currently hairline height (getting fixed), round jaw, and poor undereye support.

That's my plan. Once I recover from Rhino going to get hairline lowering + jaw and maybe undereye fillers. My round jaw isn't from bodyfat, it's from narrow mandible. My cheekbones are much wider than my gonials so I have a decent base.

Wouldn't ChinWing make the jaw even more rounded?
