I started test 4 days ago and started hgh 2 days ago

I'm prepping for a fight in 2 months

I want to have a decently good physique when we take our shirts off for the fight

Rn I'm doing workouts at home, but I wanna get into the gym

Idk where to start tho since I've never gone so idk what to do

ppl split or fullbody alternate dorian sarici on youtube

just train shoulders everyday twice minimum for frame

I usually drive or take the bus and then use my feet to get inside the gym, hope this helps.

Train 3-4 times a week focus on upper body for now. Do 2 sets of max 8 reps.
Reach failure, eat allot of carbs if your goal is to bulk. Find the workouts you like and just train

I do ant/post/rest split. Tbh just sign up for any commercial gym for $10-$20

why are you fighting
I'm a senior in high school rn

Back in freshman year me and this kid had a scheduled out of school fight

No one believes me when I say that I lost on purpose even tho the ref was literally his "coach"

So I decided that before I graduate I'd go out on a high note and make sure no one can use the fact that I "lost" to him against me

There's a lot more details, but if anyone ever finds this that knows me irl it'd be mad obvious

250mg test cyp per week
6ius hgh every night
6.25mg aromasin eod

+ a bunch of supplements and other pharmaceuticals
up test to 500, eat in a huge surplus, train ppl/ppl/r or u/l/r/u/l/r/r (ur on roids u can recover easier)

focus on the right exercises dont do redundant shit get your main compounds in like bench ( or any press) squat ( or any squat movement), deadlift and your accessories like flies, pulldowns, lat raises, shoulder presses, leg extensions, tricep extensions, jm press, RDLS, hamstring curls. You can do high volume since ur on roids. After a cycle of like 12 weeks either pct or cruise on trt and focus on getting rid of the bloat you will have accumulated. And maybe add in anavar and reta if you have any excess fat.

I only have 1 vial of test and it'll last me 10 weeks at 250mg per week

That timeline lines up perfectly with the fight

Idk if I'll run test after the fight

I have a bunch of 12.5mg enclomiphene pills that i'll take a couple weeks after my final pin
