GETTING INTERVIEWS WITHOUT QUALIFICATIONS
→ Just Steal it
Don’t invent a resume. Just steal one.- Go to Linkedin and search for people who have the job you want.
- Choose 3 people who already have that job.
- Find and download their resume (public ones or use resume search tools).
- Copy the layout and structure of their resume into your own document.
- Change the names and companies only a little. Keep the style, wording, and format the same.
Example :
Their resume says: “Product Manager at Meta”
Yours can say: “Product Analyst at Meta (contractor via Accenture)”
Resume filters (or ATS) look at how often certain keywords show up, and how your resume looks. Many people get rejected because their layout is bad.
What recruiters check: Not much until the interview. They mostly assume you're normal.

Get your resume reviewed first even if you apply late.- Job sites record when you apply. Early applications usually get more attention.

- Click on 2–3 people from their team too.
- Wait 12 hours. Then apply for the job.

When you view their profile, your name shows up in their "Who viewed your profile" feed. It signals that you're interested in them, not just the job, making you seem thoughtful, curious, and already connected, like someone who’s part of the team.

So take your Linkedin, paste it into a doc. Throw in 2–3 bullets under each job:

- Made it easier for support teams to hand things off

View 5–10 new recruiter profiles every 72 hours.

First learns how they talk. Mirror their language. Read their Slack. Study internal docs. Copy how they write. If they say “async” a lot, say “async.” If they call clients “partners,” do the same.
Next, make something quick. A Notion doc, a simple spreadsheet, clean up a folder, fix a checklist, anything real. Doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to look like you’re doing work.
Then, fix small annoying stuff. Bad onboarding, messy files, missing info, confusing steps. Quietly clean it up. Nobody wants to do this, so if you do, they trust you.
Use AI to help with everything. To writes messages, summaries, even fake reports. Copilot can help build small tools. Don’t try to be smart, just get things done, quick.
Last, save your work. Every file, every doc, every fix, keep a copy. If someone ever asks, don’t explain. Just show what you did.
This is how you go from fake to real. You got in by faking it. You stay in by building fast, keeping quiet, and doing just enough to look solid.
You quietly place yourself in the recruiter’s path, spark their curiosity, and when they click, they see someone who’s clearly done the work... no hype, just real, calm, believable experience that skips the resume pile entirely.
