How to get lean without losing muscle?

Right now I'm at 15-20% bf around there and carry a lot of fat on my face, lower back, stomach and chest. and i do have good muscle mass but im not huge, i wanna cut without losing any muscle and strength to lean bulk after. how?

I remember reading a study that showed it reduced bf percentage without causing any muscle loss.
But it was made on rats, so keep that in mind.

i think that you should eat alot of protein and lower your carbs

I remember reading a study that showed it reduced bf percentage without causing any muscle loss.
But it was made on rats, so keep that in mind.
I can't seem to find the study, but if I do I'll share it with u.
i added pics + send me the studies im considering monjuaro or reta but can't seem to find anyone that can get reta in my country

Step 2. Download books by Lyle McDonald including, but not limited to, the Rapid Fat Loss Handbook. In essence it will tell you that protein is muscle sparing and to lower your calories while lifting heavy and taking some fish oil.
Step 3. ECA and Mounjaro are relatively effective starter cutting drugs. MT2 as well.

Also you're in the early 20s, not below.

just get your daily requirement of protein , don’t listen to ppl saying that you shouldn’t eat carbs, it’s necessary. Take it slow, if you want to reduce the amount of muscle loss, do a 200-300 calorie deficit and see how it goes, start to decrease the amount of calories depending on your weight, also check your steps and increase them. This would help, but you’re ending up losing muscle 100% , but the goal is to lose the least

Yes. About 20-22%. Everything thinks they're leaner than they are - people think they're under 10% when they have some visible abs, (and I've also taken into account you're flexing). You are holding a relatively uniform amount of fat all over especially on the back. Obviously I haven't seen your legs. You've got more to lose than you may believe (both in terms of water and fat).

ima just eat 1.5 kg/lbs and 10k steps a day minimum + 2,000 calories a day mostly protein and carbs ima keep fats mid

foids don't really care about my body since my face looks good even while being this fat but still wanna get lean to look even better since i look young bc i got some fat on my face

No, I'm pretty sure they're different species, just smaller than rats ig, and they tend to have huge ass ears as well.
Also, they have a longer tail compared to rats.

u might be right and if u are thats good for me it means ill look way better once i cut down to 10-12% bf , my legs hold some fat as well

lowkey a crazy peptide ngl , no side effects + a lot of benefits but id bet it'd be hard to get my hands on , hgh is super easy to get for me but a bit expensive since im buying pharma grade gh to be safe
