i am eating like a carnivore im 190cm weightibg 78kg at 16 pushing 17i am lean but im not shreded and veiny and dont have a six pack and my bro is 194 and weights 83kg and he is shreded as fuck and he eats shit food and still manage to be shreded we are both mma fighters competing and when i do a huge weight cut i dont notice any big diffrence its only that my abs are a little more visible and my arms are tinnier i drink 3-4l of water everyday and eat or drink 10 eggs and get my carbs through bananas and sometimes dates does anyone know what should i do?

carnivore is cope. Does jack shit for your physique. Just eat like a regular person.
and your brother probably eats less or burns more calories than you, that's why he is leaner

Its because your friend has a lot more muscle than you, so he's lean at a much higher weight. And because you got fuck all muscle mass your lean weight is a lot lower

acctualy could be i am stronger at lifting more weight but i think his training is more hypertrophic

You arent getting leaner cause u dont eat right and probably dont have the muscle to look ripped.

as a teenager you should be able to lose fat eating 2400 k calories if youre exercising regularly.

You need to eat lots protein and healthy fats, workout on top of the cardio youre doing with mma, sleep well and you will shred fat easily. Unless you have some insulin disorder or something that makes you hold fat or something that prevents muscle building.

Start a workout routine you consistently do (consistency is the most important thing) that also helps with mma. 4 times a week find time to do it. If it makes it easier you can do bodyweight workouts. Just doing intense sets of push ups and sit up consistenly is a start. Its best to do both weights and bodyweights if you have time , especially for mma. Do it for 6 months, dont quit after a month or two like most people do, and if you do it right, at your level you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time. In 6 months you could make a very noticeable difference.
