How to get lean

WHAT SHOULD I CYCLE. I’m 17 at 5’9 200 pounds. I want to lean out because I’m aware hgh might be a waste. If not lean out, I want to atleast get big. What should I take? Anavar? Retratrutide? Nothing like test that’ll fuck me later on.

Bro dont cycle. At your age you can so easily lose fat, and do it in a way to where youre not even hungry the vast majority of the time. If you can deal with random, short peroids of hunger for 15 minutes at a time, you can lose all your fat. You can probably eat 2300 k cals daily and lose weight at a pretty quick rate

Yeah I know, the goal isn’t to lose weight. I’ve been lifting for years now. The goal is to get shredded and lose mainly fat. Should I not cycle? And if so why not

Because at your age, youre still growing in many ways and if you do it now, you will interfere with youre already optimized hormone profile, messing up your endoctrine system, therfor messing up your natural growth progress. You already have a TON of testosterone and GH in you naturally at your age, not to mention all the other types of hormones that are high at this age. You can build muscle super easily and lose fat very easily.

At some point, the conventional wisdom on this topic changed. It used to be common knowledge that people who have decided to roid need to wait til they are atleast 23 or so before they do it. Thats what everybody who knew what they were talking about advice was, for the very reasons ive mentioned. Instead of roiding, eat optimally (lots of protein and healthy fats), lift weights consistently (always hit ur weekly workout routine) with intensity, using heavy weight and pushing yourself, sleeping alot and playing a sport some semesters here and there. If you do this long term you will see improvement in all the ways youre looking to improve. I would say to never roid but if youre already set on doing it, get to close to ur natty limit first and wait a couple years. By then, you probably wont even want to if you do things right.

It objectively does have something to do with it. Stop giving kids shit advice. He doesnt need to roid to get ripped, infact i did it natty and looked better than most roiders ive seen on here.

I’ve been eating primal since before primal was a trend. I’m ethnic and feast on all organs and have a really clean diet. However, puberty was fucked due to bad diet, accutane, and lifestyle. I just want to know if there is a way to bounce back. It’s cope, “a healthy diet.” I’ve been so clean throughout life just to get mogged by my friend who has blue eyes, blond hair, at 6’6 with the shitiest lifestyle ever. 4 hours of sleep, insane stress, shit diet, yet he outperforms me.

In what way can I bounce back? I’ve stopped growing height, my frame is shit, I’m not the best looking. All I can do is cope with being lean

I grew in height until i was 20. Also your frame is for SURE not done growing. Also being lean to really ascend you so dont be so sure about what ur saying.
 
Also, many people on here have issues with this sorta thing that are simply in their head and not real. They may think they are ugly when they objectively arent.

Regardless if you iq mog me or not if you genuinely lack the discipline to go on a calorie deficit take ozempic or retatrutide which imo is better reducing appetite and slows digestion not worth hopping on roids at 17 unless you atleast tried you natty genetics first
