Can i get lean by eating my moms cooking, my mom makes relatively healthy food eg rice chicken eggs and stuff but when i dont know calouries and stuff
 
healthy food does not make you lean

less calories makes you lean.

if you cant track your calories just eat less then what youre used to eat, and thats it lol

eat takis all day liter bottles of coke soda and uh bread and cookies
 
pin retatrutide and prioritize protein.

to learn to accurately track macros, download myfitnesspal and when you can’t figure out the calorie content of a food put a photo into chatgpt for a rough estimate.

yes just tell her not to dump a fuck ton of oil in it. my mom also made pretty healthy food and we rarely had the frozen goyslop most westerners do, but i still got fat because she would dump a fuck ton of oil in every meal. i also ate junk food, but oil does contribute

yh my mom and dad regularly go to the gym maybe like 5x a week in my house we dont eat any deep fried stuff and my mom says that butter and oil are big no nos

she doesn't believe in the "you need oil to cook" shit? then ur goated then my mom cares so much about the taste and talks about the food being bland without oil. i would honestly just get a food scale and track everything it's really the only way when you're first starting.

really happy for u then just pick up a sport then and eat in a mild surplus and lift you won't gain much fat and might even lose some as you have peak IGF1 and hormones rn. you're probably too young to do a deficit without it affecting your growth
