I'm 62 kg, estimate my body fat is around 19–20%, and I have noticeable face fat. I've gone to the gym on and off. Should I cut to around 15% body fat first, then lean bulk, or lean bulk first and cut later? Should my main focus be strength training or cardio for the best body recomposition while preserving muscle
