How To Get Lighter Skin?

Anyone have a solid Skin Lightening stack that verifiably works?
Right now I am on:

• S-Acetyl Gluthatione
• Liposomal Vitamin C
• Koji Acid Bar Soap (Shower)
• Koji Acid Lotion (Post-Shower)

Been going at it for about 4 weeks but not really noticing major differences. Should I stick with it? Or does anyone else have a more optimized routine?
