ok but my question is does it matter how much g of sodium(from salt) i take if i keep the ratio 1:4(heard its good ratio) to potassium?

is there a difference me taking 1g sodium and 4g potasium vs me taking 10g sodium and 40g potasium?

or only thing that matters is the ratio not the amount of grams

You just buy it in crystalish form, if you want actually 99,9+% purity it will be expensive as shit, I bought some water treatment pottassium, hope it's safe to ingest lol, but you just shake it around.

Have you ever tasted other salts than natriumchloride(basically regular tablesalt)? They taste like shit, potassium chloride does too, tho I've only tasted it in a water solution this far.
