Never really seen a deep thread about latisse with results, mfs talk about it like some mythical elixir like volufiline, but it actually does work wonders!​

If you want longer eyelashes, bimatoprost 0.03% completely mogs, bimatoprost is a synthetic prostaglandin analog that binds directly to the prostamide receptors in your hair follicles. It forces the hair follicles out of the resting phase (telogen) and permanently extends the active growth phase (anagen). Clinical trials prove that within 16 weeks of continuous nightly use, bimatoprost increases eyelash length by 25%, thickness by 106%, and darkness by 18%. •Apply a Protective Shield: Smear a tiny amount of Vaseline or CeraVe Healing Ointment onto your eyelids and under-eye area. This is gonna prevent bimatoprost to affect your eyelids and give you dark undereyes, Keep it entirely clear of the actual lash line.

•Use a good Tool: Throw away the cheap thick brushes that come with cosmetic kits. Buy a pack of micro-swab applicators or fine eyeliner brushes.

•Use only 1-Drop: Place exactly one tiny drop of bimatoprost 0.03% onto the micro-brush. One drop is enough for both eyes but two also works tbh.

• hit the Upper Lash: Paint a thin line cleanly along the root base of your upper lash line only. It's like using an eyeliner.

• clean Immediately: Take a clean tissue and instantly dab away any excess fluid that drops off the lash roots.

• prevent eyelid hyperpigmentation: use either cysteamine. cream or azelaic acid cream around your eyes, it'll inhibit tyrosine and stop bimatoprost to start melanogenesis. around your eyelids. do NOT use hydroquinone u monkey.​

• Weeks 1–4: No noticeable enough hair growth. Minor temporary itching or redness might occur. Don't placebo in this phase.
• Weeks 4–8: darkening and early length gains become visible. The melanogenesis kicks up and lashes gain motion
• Week 16: ascension. Eyelashes will hit maximum length, density, and thickness. You'll be able to make any foid go crazy over your eye area(unless you're a sbh chud)
• Maintenance: Once peak growth is achieved at 16 weeks, drop your application frequency down to 2–3 times a week to maintain the results. And this is a pic from today , took it right after I woke up so kinda dim lighting, but it does show how long the lashes have gotten compared to the pic from earlier, I now suffer from my lashes getting into my eyes which is quite annoying but it's okay cause I lashmog literally everyone ik irl. I'll keep posting with more results soon. This pic is anglemaxxed cause I was tryna show the lower lashes, don't put dirt on my for ts gng

I don't know, if you hyper-respond to minoxidil then it can be extremely ultra effective, depends on genetics. My lashes were long already pre-minoxidil now they are comically anime-tier long, they literally brush against my eyebrows if I frown and often get stuck there these days instead of falling into my eyes(another huge benefit). Also bimatoprost can darken your eyes??? Holy shit no way I want that, I already got green eyes that turn extremely light green in light!!! Too high of a risk for me, even though I wonder if I could extend the anagen phase even further with bimatoprost, even though it is already seemingly super ultra lengthened and boosted by minoxidil.

Also my eyelashes themselves are thicker now too, the hairs. Even more visible, basically. And yes OP also you are correct that women can recoil and/or be shocked when they see how long your eyelashes are in my experience. Actually many women can break eye contact and get nervous when your eyes mog too hard but they still get hit hard by what they see/saw. I love too when some have stared into my eyes and lashes and started making painful expressions like "this is not real.. how can this be real.. his lashes are so long it is unfair!!! Almost criminal!!"


Edit: I got longer lashes from topical minoxidil on my scalp but even more now on sublingual/oral minoxidil. I do like 0.75-1 mg daily.

•Use a good Tool: Throw away the cheap thick brushes that come with cosmetic kits. Buy a pack of micro-swab applicators or fine eyeliner brushes.

•Use only 1-Drop: Place exactly one tiny drop of bimatoprost 0.03% onto the micro-brush. One drop is enough for both eyes but two also works tbh.

• hit the Upper Lash: Paint a thin line cleanly along the root base of your upper lash line only. It's like using an eyeliner.

• clean Immediately: Take a clean tissue and instantly dab away any excess fluid that drops off the lash roots.
