how to get longer fingers

title, autist question ik but are there any sterioids/surgery that promote finger growth? my finger bone is thick as fuck so it needs to be extra long to compensate, ig 8.25in from bottom of palm to middle finger. my nails are short asf (shorter than the edge of my fingers) so would growing them make my fingers visually longer?
