How to get longer nose (realistically)

Or longer appearing, whatever. Nasalobial angle is currently at around 100-105. Is 2mm of less philtrum realistic in any conceivable way, i heard 10 degree of nasalobial is only 1mm of philtrum length, but might be false info (and no i'm not getting a lf3 you idiots)

To make ur nose longer you’d need to hypothetically make ur whole upper maxilla longer

Ofcourse not softmaxxing, rotation of the nose tip during a rhino or something similar is what i'm searching for with this thread.

I want a radix graft and thinning of nose anyway, might aswell do this during same surgery

I find it hard to possibly modify that surgically since the nose is connected to the upper maxilla and there’s a hole in the bone for air to get in

Only way I see this making sense is by chopping ur face in half and elongating it

Maybe i could cook up something, this doesn't cut it however. Maybe a giant hammer from upwards angle with full force to nose tip would work and cause it to collapse resulting in more downturned nose tip.

rhino can be done for a more dramatic effect
