How to get low inhib?

How can I get low inhibition without exposure therapy or any type of drugs, I have a girlfriend and we walk around a lot but I'm still scared to go up to her and ask her if she wants to walk because I'm afraid she might be busy with something and will say no (What makes it even more scarier is she's always with her friends, around 3-5 of them so if she says no ill have to the walk of shame back after getting embarrassed Infront of 3-4 people)

i was like this too, what i did was look at the low inhib popular guys and see how they acted. So basically I js larped being low inhib for 3 years and eventually i genuinely came to act that way, but it comes at the cost of having a lot of fake interactions with ppl and eventually u start to say and act on things impulsively which can be both good and bad.

btw this doesnt work if ur not at least mtn and at least 180 cm
