Hairline lowering surgery is the only way. Fringes don't work that well with high hairlines, you just look like a school shooter.

But why surgery?

Isn't FUE transplant WAY better for this lowering thing? I think the surgical lowering is really just a legacy of time. And some surgeons who cannot do FUE would of course tout the surgical approach...

Following logic, you can control your new hairline more precisely if done with FUE, and also no scarring. I read that for an experienced transplantologist, graft survival is something like 80-90%. If so, there is no single reason to do surgical lowering.

Considering myself, need 1.5cm lowering for facial proportions...
