they're too thin its gonna look weird if you reshape them, try to grow them thicker first (personally i used minoxidil 5% and a roller )

you should prioritise growing them and consider adding a tint to your brows and lashes for a more defined and polished look.

Training your obicular ocularis works, I have achieved it myself. The eyebrows have 3 muscles in constant war, your single elevator (they raise the eyebrows) known as your frontals (can be trained by raising your eyebrow hence why people get uneven eyebrows sometimes) and your depressors the orbicularis muscle and the corrugator muscle, training your corrugator will help you thrown deeper, but training your orbicularis can slightly lower your eyebrows.
