How to get more chin projection?

My lower third from front and 3/4 mogs because of wide jaw and wide and tall chin, but from side profile my chin lacks projection,doesn't look bad at all, but a few mm of chin projection would ascend, what can I do to correct this, surgery, bonesmashing?
