Also if you're high bodyfat then yeah it wouldn't show but you probably already know this

You need to have high T during puberty to get an Adam's apple. I've had mine since I was 13 and it's been the same since.

I could be low / medium prenatal T but high pubertal T if that's the case. Or also with low dht conversion. TBH I want to get a blood test to check it out but my parents will think I am autistic for wanting to know my testosterone levels

The deeper your voice, the more prominent the Adam's apple. You should deepvoicemaxx. You also need to be high T most of the time as well.
