I can’t gain body fat.. my metabolism and testosterone are really high. I’m fit and kind of ripped but on the ectomorphic side, you’re right. But I could gain 10lbs of muscles if I keep a strict diet but if I don’t overeat the same way for a week, I’ll lose it all back.Well you could bulk first for a bit and get a good base then you can just lean bulk and not put on fat over a longer period of time. If you are real skinny and a beginner, you'll just put on muscle regardless if you eat right and train so actually you don't really need to bulk ever.
Others will disagree. But if youre new just eat and lift 4-5x a week with intensity and good training, don't over eat and do cardio. I know some guys who are ripped who never bulked or cut. They are ectomorphic tho and don't gain body fat like ever
I dunno man you can't lose 10lbs of real progress in a week , you would be dead if your body was like that.
