How to get more projecting zygos?

I will go to an Oral surgeon next month, hopefully i will get mse,or atleast marpe
i am considering a facepuller as well
would this combo help with my zygos at all?
or i need fillers/fatgraft or shit implants

MSE and FM should work. If your zygos aren't good enough for you after that then just get implants.
