How to get more thicker hair

So i had a buzz cut my whole life till i was 16 and now im almost 17 and have medium length hair, but the problem is that it is frizzy and pretty thinning although the men in my family are not bald. I don t have a widows peak or smth. I wanna get thicker and denser hair. What can i do? How and when to wash my hair with shampoo and balsam?

What to do to improve this? Hair loss might also be from stress as my mother and grandma passed away 2 years ago but idk.

because it blocks DHT hormone which is essential in puberty but mostly useless after except killing ur hair

dont take dut or fin before 18 unless ur already blocking dont really need to block dht till necessary

oral minox 2.5-5mg every day
also
use topical minox for thinning areas
rosemary oil for scalp health
ketoconazole shampoo once a week for blocking scalp dht a bit more
