How to get motivation and stop wanting bad sugary foods and goylsop

Usually goyslop is hard to drop cuz it's literally designed to get you addicted but what I've noticed is that when I just simply stopped or cut goyslop down to a really small minimum over a period of 3-6 months and started eating basic but healthy food I would just lose the desire for goyslop and sugary food.

As for motivation that's a hard answer but ngl just start doing something, like literally anything that isn't degen or loser shit and you will guaranteed feel better and gain motivation to keep going. Hope I helped a little.
