Shit feels so pointless when you have shit phenos and colouring what’s even the point yesterday I ate 6 pieces of pizza and three pieces of cake and two bags of chips I hate lesnmaxxing. How do you motivate your self to if your sub human finpig like me

The reason why so many people struggle with dieting is because they start way too strong. Cutting all processed food and eating only salad and chicken will crush anyone's morale, especially if you are addicted. You should instead start with just eating less. Instead of those six pizzas, eat only 4, instead of 3 cake slices, eat only 2, etc etc. Replace it with healthier alternatives. Do this for a couple weeks of eating less and less, combine this with a workout regimen and you will eventually form enough self discipline to actually follow through with cutting out most processed foods. This process will take eight to twelve weeks but once you get through that it will form into a habit. Then you can start the full diet process

Also this is omega cope. Leanmaxxed and fit bodies are much more attractive than fat ones. Not even talking about the increased definition you're face will get.

No that is cope. "dad bods" that women talk about aren't just fatbodies. They're bodies from people who used to be fit but let themselves go. There is still a lot of residue muscle left, it's just under fat. That's what women mean with "dad bods"

do it now, seriously. even if its pointless. most of the time you'll be like "fuck that, i'm gonna eat this and tomorrow i start". that way you'll end up never losing weight. just start, seriously. you will not regret it once you start to see good results. its a big increase in self-esteem. i used to think the same but sometimes before going to bed i get the motivation to lose weight, in the other day i used to procrastinate and that way i spent 5 years procrastinating before i really started lean maxxing and lost 25kg

bro dont ever say that again, dont do that shit. start with something easy, as 10 push ups per day, check your vitamin D, eat on a 300-500 cal deficit, high protein is the key for a sustainable diet.. no other way, im pretty sure keto works too because its high on protein too but fuck that, fuck cardio just walk, walk for everything you need to do in your day, an easy plan is eating on a deficit and aim to 100 push ups per day, and remember high protein is key on a deficit and for maintinig
