Geniuenly just start w small things : Holding doors open to them , asking some shop worker whos a girl wheres the cereal or sum , try holding eye contact w cashiers even 5 sec ones are progress , in school if u have a group projecct ask her about questions or ideas and just start progressing from there and likely you'll get more confidence

And when you’re going out drink a couple shots not enough to be drunk but enough to be a little tipsy where you can relax a bit

From there you need to have the courage and actually approach someone, even if it ends badly. You won’t just wake up with perfect charisma and confidence
