How to get my mic to hit like it does fresh out the box?

Either it’s my tolerance or I’m using it too much kinda the same. But I’ve noticed if I take mint pills it actually hits better

My problem is that I sometimes do it out of boredom and when is school my friend who “quit” vape and started smoking ask for bathroom brakes 4-6 times during school and if I’m already there w him I might as well hit it too
